Course number or class title and beginning date
Name and address
Credit card number and expiration date
Hours for phone registration:
Monday-Thursday, 8:30am to 7:00pm
Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday, 8:30am to 1:00pm
BY MAIL:
Print out the provided registration form. Complete the registration form and make a check or money order payable to "Long Story Short at CFU". Please note: There is a $25 service fee charged for each returned check.
